API

Programmatic access to DALIA under /api/v1 on the same domain as the app (https://www.dal-ia.com). Credentials are API keys (dk_live_…) that an administrator creates in Settings → API access, with a Full access, Read only or Custom role scoped by domain (conversations, contacts, CRM, reports, webhooks…). Each key is shown only once and can be revoked individually.

Authentication

Send the key in the Authorization: Bearer header. The permissions of the key's role apply per endpoint; see the reference for each operation's details. Limits: 300 req/min per key and 600 req/min per account, shared across all keys (REST and MCP combined). If exceeded, the API returns 429 with Retry-After.

Outbound events

To receive events (new contact, incoming message, deal won…), subscribe to outbound webhooks through the API itself: POST /api/v1/webhooks, with HMAC signatures and retries. Available events are listed at GET /api/v1/webhooks/events and documented in the reference.
