Advanced

Things advisors don't deal with day to day: webhooks, models, logs and multiple accounts.

Outbound webhooks

Settings → Webhooks (n8n). Subtitle in Settings: "Outbound events to external systems." Not available on the Free plan (PlanGate: available from Nano up).

  1. Add webhook.
  2. Paste the URL of your flow (n8n, Zapier or another HTTPS receiver).
  3. Choose the inbox or All.
  4. Select the events. The ones on screen: Conversation created, Conversation status updated, Message created, Contact created, Contact updated.
  5. Save. You can turn the toggle off without deleting the URL.

DALIA sends JSON to that URL. If the receiver fails, check that automation's logs; don't retry blindly against production. The same event may arrive twice, so your flow must be idempotent.

An Automation flow can also "Trigger webhook" at a specific step, separate from this global list.

n8n

The usual pattern: DALIA webhook → n8n → your CRM or an internal email. Use the API access token to write back (label, attribute, message).

LLM integrations

Settings → LLM integrations. Only for special accounts or super admins, and only if an inbox has an AI agent. This is where you paste the model key (OpenAI or another provider). Copilot and the AI agent won't start if the account's model is missing.

Activity logs

Activity logs menu item (sometimes shown with a lock). An audit trail of account changes: who changed what. It's not the AI agent log or the flow log.

  • AI agent: Settings → AI agent logs.
  • Flows: Automation → View logs.
  • Copilot: Copilot → Audit (if your role allows it).

Multiple accounts

A super admin switches accounts at the top of the menu (the company name). Other users with a single account see a fixed name. Data never crosses between accounts. Before connecting WhatsApp or Meta, check which account name is selected.

Platform integrations, next to the webhooks row in Settings
Webhooks and API access live in Integrations, not in the inbox.
