What is an AI conversation?It's a 24-hour window in which the AI agent handles a contact. No matter how many messages are exchanged in those 24 hours, it counts as 1 conversation.
What is a Copilot query?Each completed request to the Copilot AI assistant in the dashboard counts as one query. The counter resets every month with your billing cycle. The Free plan doesn't include Copilot.
Can I change plans at any time?Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over the conversation limit?Additional conversations are charged at $0.12 per conversation (one conversation = one 24-hour window). If you prefer, you can pause the AI agent when you reach the limit and your team keeps replying.
Do payments include VAT?Prices are in USD and do not include local taxes. Depending on your country, additional charges may apply under current regulations.
