Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in DALIA. Here is exactly how billing, trials, and refunds work.

1. Free Trial
All paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Scale) include a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial. You can explore all features included in your selected plan during this period at no cost.
At the end of the trial period, you must add a valid payment method to continue using the Service. If no payment method is added, your account will be suspended automatically and no charge will occur.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Each cycle runs for 30 days from the date of your first successful charge.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a monthly cycle.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate.
Cancellation within 14 days: If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase (and you have not exceeded 50 AI conversations or sent more than 500 campaign messages), you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at contacto@dal-ia.com with the subject "Annual Refund Request" within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellation after 14 days: After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the annual period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for remaining months.
4. Overage Charges
Overage charges (AI conversations and Copilot messages beyond your plan's monthly limits) are billed automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the rate specified in your plan. These charges reflect actual usage and are non-refundable once incurred. You can monitor your usage in real time from your account dashboard to avoid unexpected overage.
5. Plan Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, the new plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, calculated based on the difference in plan price. Upgrades are not eligible for refunds.
6. Plan Downgrades
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will retain access to the features of your current (higher) plan until the end of the current period. No credits or refunds are issued for the difference in plan price.
7. Service Disruptions
If the Service experiences a verified outage exceeding 4 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end (excluding third-party providers such as Meta's WhatsApp API, OpenAI, or Vercel), you may request a service credit. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash. To request a service credit, contact us at contacto@dal-ia.com within 7 days of the incident with details of the disruption.
8. Account Termination by DALIA
If we terminate your account due to a material violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to policy violations (e.g., we discontinue the Service), we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period.
9. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. For billing disputes, please contact us at contacto@dal-ia.com and we will coordinate with our payment provider on your behalf.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund where eligible under this policy:
- Email contacto@dal-ia.com with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include your account email, the plan purchased, and the reason for the request.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
