Google Calendar

For the AI agent to book appointments, you need an OAuth client in Google Cloud. Then, in DALIA, paste those credentials and connect the Google account that owns the calendar.

Platform integrations, where Calendar appears when the module is active
Settings → Platform integrations. If you don't see Google Calendar, the module isn't turned on for the account.

1. Project and API (Google Cloud)

  1. In the Google Cloud console, create a project and select it.
  2. APIs & Services → Library → enable Google Calendar API.

2. Consent screen

  1. APIs & Services → OAuth consent screen. External, or Internal if it's only for your Workspace.
  2. App name, support email, authorized domain dal-ia.com.
  3. Scopes: .../auth/calendar and .../auth/userinfo.email.
  4. In testing mode, add the Gmail accounts that will connect as test users. Otherwise Google blocks their access.

3. Client ID

  1. Credentials → Create → OAuth client ID → Web application.
  2. Origins: https://www.dal-ia.com and https://dal-ia.com. For local development, http://localhost:3000.
  3. Redirect URIs, exactly as written:
    • https://dal-ia.com/api/integrations/google-calendar/callback

4. In DALIA

  1. Settings → Platform integrations → Productivity integrations section → Google Calendar card.
  2. Set up credentials. Paste the OAuth client ID and the Client secret. Save credentials. (There's a "See the step-by-step tutorial" link that points to this page.)
  3. If it says "Google authentication required", click Authenticate now and sign in with the account that owns the appointments calendar.
  4. When it's ready, the card shows the Google email and the Active / Inactive status. From there you can also Disconnect.

5. Turn it on in the inbox

Connecting Calendar isn't enough: you have to turn it on separately for each line that should book appointments.

  1. Settings → Inboxes → Configure → AI agent tab.
  2. Turn on the AI agent's master switch.
  3. Scroll down to the Google Calendar section and turn it on.
  4. Appointment calendar → choose the calendar (placeholder: "Select a calendar…").
  5. Meeting duration (minutes). Default is 30.
  6. Save AI settings.
