Modules

Features that not every account has. Whoever administers DALIA turns them on. If you don't see the item in the menu, it isn't broken: the module is off or your user doesn't have the permission.

How they're turned on

A super admin enables the module for the account. Then, in Settings → Agents, each person is given the permission (view, edit, create, as applicable). The AI agent has its own switch in the AI agent tab of each inbox: without it, the AI agent doesn't use the catalog even if the menu exists.

Inventory (local catalog)

Inventory menu. Products that DALIA stores so the AI agent can search them and, if you want, send photos in the chat. It syncs from a store or is added manually. In the AI agent tab: the Product catalog switch and, below it, Automatic photos.

Store (WooCommerce, Shopify, VTEX)

Settings → Platform integrations. After you connect the store, E-commerce store appears in the AI agent tab. Tools you select one by one: Search products, Create shopping carts, Buyer identification (not on WooCommerce), Search customers, Search orders. If there are several stores, you choose which one that inbox uses.

Reviews (menu) appears when the store has review moderation. It isn't on every account.

Properties

Properties menu. Real estate listings (starting price, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, location). They're linked to a lead or an opportunity. In the AI agent tab: Property catalog (DALIA CRM). The AI agent searches based on what the customer asks for. In the lead panel, the properties-of-interest section.

Settings → Property manager (if the PMS is active) defines the catalog's fields and options.

Packages

Packages menu. Trips or experiences. The AI agent understands requests in natural language (dates, destination, type). In the AI agent tab: Tour package catalog.

Quotes

Quotes menu. The AI agent builds a quote with its own page and a link. Templates can be edited if the user has "Edit templates". In the AI agent tab: Quotes tool.

Test drives

Test drives menu. Test drive appointments. The AI agent books them in the chat if Test drive tool is on in the AI agent tab.

Salesforce

Salesforce menu when the integration is active. The link is visible in the contact panel. Flows include the actions "SF: Advance commercial status", "Set status" and "Create task".

Telephony

Settings → Telephony (Channels section) if the voice module is active. Numbers, spending cap and calls. A flow can have the Call by phone action (it plays a message).

Embeddable forms

Settings → Embeddable forms. A DALIA capture form: submitting it creates a lead in the New stage and records which ad or page it came from, if there's attribution. The code is pasted into the site or into a landing page from the editor.

Image classification

Settings → Image classification. Labels catalog photos with AI. Only if the module is turned on.

Platform integrations: Integrations. AI agent: AI agent.
